da luck: Crystal Palace defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka has told the Evening Standard that he will be with the club next season amid rumours linking him with a move to Manchester United, and Eagles fans have been quick to react on Twitter.
The 21-year-old has established himself as one of the best right-backs in the Premier League this season, and it is no surprise that the Red Devils are taking a closer look at the England U21 international given some of his performances for the south London outfit this term.
It remains to be seen whether any bids for him will be forthcoming during the summer transfer window, but he has moved to dispel any concerns that he could be leaving Selhurst Park in the next few months.
Wan-Bissaka told the Evening Standard: “But I am with Crystal Palace at the moment. That is where my contract is and that is where I will be next season.”
The youngster, who still has three years remaining on his contract with the top flight club, picked up both the Player and the Players’ Player of the Season awards on Tuesday night as his impressive campaign was officially recognised.
